Location, room and facilities were excellent. We were particularly impressed with Ulf, who was on duty and who was very welcoming and very efficient and who made our stay a happy one.

Excellent breakfast and and dinner also. Dinner was invluded in the room price. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was able to check in earlier, which was great.

The breakfast was very generous in a very nice area of the building. Beds were super comfy, and in spite of the proximity of the airport one can sleep very well, not much noise comes in from the outside. Parking is very comfortable and easy.

Out of town location, free parking. Fish option with dinner, staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Found buffet diner was included as standard, which was of pretty decent quality. They even provided a breakfast box since I had to leave early.

Excellent value for money. Good breakfast included. Proximity to airport. Bicycles available to cycle into the city.

Nice place next to Umeå river. Short ride by bike (lånecykel) to downtown.
